Steps to Invest

  • Step 1: Complete your details on the Register page;

  • Step 2: Receive our Sales Kit which includes the Purchase and Resort Management agreements, Daumaka Island Resort brochures, and property investment information;

  • Step 3: Select the villa/house that you’d like to invest in;

  • Step 4: Pay a 10% deposit on the total purchase price, which will be held in trust by a Solicitor;

  • Step 5: Titles are released at settlement.

To reap the benefits of your investment, your villas are managed by the Daumaka Island Resort and you may enjoy staying in your villa for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
